Features
Everything it does, in real stores
Grouped by how you sell. Each feature names an example store that uses it — open one and try it the way your customers would.
Order ahead: pickup & delivery
Meal kits, bakeries, farms and florists: customers order in advance, on your days and in your areas.
An ordering window
Open orders on Monday and close them Thursday night. Nothing arrives after your cut-off, and the page says when the next window opens.

Pickup and delivery zones

Customers pick the day

Options, extras and questions
Sizes and flavours on each product, a cooler bag or gift wrap once per order, and a question every customer answers — the name for the cake.

Custom orders you price
A customer sends what they'd like, you send back a price, and they accept it before paying.

Repeat orders
A weekly or monthly order that places itself until the customer stops it.

Shipped
Made or packed to order and sent by post, near or far.
A proper shipping address
Checkout asks for the address in parts — street, unit, city, province or state, postal code — wherever you ship.

Ready to ship
Tick the orders to send, then print packing slips and 4×6 address labels, or download a file for Chit Chats.

Tax by where it goes
Each shipping zone can carry its own sales tax rates — or none, for an order shipped abroad.

Sold out, with a waitlist
When something sells out, customers leave their email and get one message when it's back.

Pause for a break
Your store stays up while ordering is paused, with a note saying when you'll be back.
Bookings, classes & appointments
Selling time instead of goods: a seat in a class, a lesson, an appointment, a night's stay.
Days or time slots
Sell a day or a time slot within your own hours, with as many places in each as you can take.

In the shop
A QR code at the table or counter opens your menu, and some shops take the order right there.
