A card checkout takes a cut of every order. Here, your customers pay you directly, so what you pay us stays the same however much you sell.

Card fees use 2.8% + 30¢ per order, among the lowest common online card rates in Canada; yours may differ. With Orderdale you still pay whatever your own bank or payment provider charges — some bank accounts charge to receive an e-Transfer, so check yours.

Questions about pricing
- Can I pay for a plan today?
- Yes. Start free, then pick a plan under Settings → Plan in your dashboard, paid monthly or a year ahead (2 months free). We charge your card through Stripe and add any sales tax we are required to charge; cancel any time under Manage billing and the plan runs to the end of the month or year you paid for.
- Do you take a cut of my sales?
- No. Your customers pay you directly — by e-Transfer, bank transfer, your own payment link or however you tell them — so the money never passes through us and there is nothing for us to take a percentage of. Your bank's or payment provider's own fees still apply.
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- Nothing breaks. Your store keeps working and the app tells you which limit you reached. For orders, a paid plan keeps taking 10% more past its limit, so a busy day never turns a customer away; after that — or at the limit on the free plan — the store stops taking new ones until the next month, though a table already on a bill can keep ordering. Orders a customer cancelled or that lapsed unpaid don't use your month up (up to 30 a month).
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Limits apply from the moment the plan changes. Nothing is deleted: anything past the new plan's limits is hidden from your store until you upgrade or make room.
- What if I stop using Orderdale?
- You can unpublish your store at any time, or delete your account and its data yourself from the Account page.
